Roslindale Green & Clean

Roslindale Green & Clean (RG&C) is a small nonprofit group that seeks to improve public green spaces in Roslindale, Masachusetts. The organization approached me for a revision of its existing website. The only thing that survived the transition was the color scheme.

I worked with members of the RG&C board of directors and with the design committee to create the look and feel of the site. The design was completed through an iterative process. I created the information architecture. The plant palette script was written by Michael Chu of www.cookingforengineers.com. I wrote the script and created the images (based on a map provided by the City of Boston) for the projects page. The photos on the plant palette page are a mixture of photos provided by RG&C and others collected from various sources, all of which are credited on the photo credits page with the author's name and licensing information. Most are licensed through either the GPL or the Creative Commons License.
